Mutina Eventi, società di recente costituzione, è formata da persone e ditte collegate, di provata esperienza e che da anni lavorano nel mondo dello spettacolo, degli eventi culturali, ricreativi e multimediali.
L’obbiettivo è quello di fornire i sottoelencati servizi a teatri, agenzie, società, enti e amministrazioni pubbliche o private garantendo l’affidabilità e la qualità dei servizi offerti:
1. produzione di spettacoli (progettazione, costruzione scene e allestimenti teatrali, certificazione, circuitazione, eventuale stoccaggio)
2. noleggio, vendita e coproduzione di allestimenti scenici di opere liriche
3. progettazione, costruzione, montaggio e smontaggio di palchi, tribune, stand e spazi attrezzati per manifestazioni culturali, ricreative, convegni, festival, fiere, esposizioni e grandi eventi
4. disponibilità di personale qualificato con specializzazioni e mansioni diverse (scenografi, costumisti, macchinisti, elettricisti, fonici, attrezzisti, truccatori, parrucchieri, sarti) per la organizzazione e la gestione degli eventi
5. service di luci, fonica e video
6. realizzazione di attrezzeria e di costumi
7. gestione di Teatri, Festival, strutture e spazi atti ad ospitare spettacoli ed eventi culturali
8. predisposizione della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa prevista dalle normative vigenti per il rilascio delle autorizzazioni relative agli spettacoli e alle iniziative pubbliche.

Our aim is to provide the following services to theatres, agencies, companies, corporations, as well as local authorities and private administrations, guaranteeing the reliability and quality of the services offered:
1. show productions (design, set building and theatrical equipment, certification, touring, any storage conditions)
2.hire, sale and co-production services for operas
3. design, construction, assembly and dismantling of stages, seating stands, and fully equipped facilities for cultural and recreational events, conferences, festivals, fairs, exhibitions and large-scale events in general.
4. qualified staff available with various specialist skills and roles (set designers, costume designers, stage hands, electricians, sound engineers, prop designers, make-up artists, hairs stylists, tailors) for event organisation and management
5.lighting, sound and video services
6. production of props and costumes
7.management of theatres, festivals, and other facilities designed to house shows and cultural events
8. preparation of the technical and administrative documentation required by law for issue of the relative permits required for shows and public events.
